What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. /etc/init.d/ganeti restart

3. luxid is no longer running
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see this, other than the last line is messed up due to the
problem:
Node DTotal DFree MTotal MNode MFree Pinst Sinst

uranus.engg.ksu.edu ? ? ? ? ? 0 11
I generally see this:
Cannot communicate with the config daemon.
Is the process running and listening for connections?
Please provide any additional information below.
I just recently upgraded from 2.10.3 to 2.10.5. This appears to have been
what caused the problem as everything was working fine before. I used the
debian packages, and then ran cfgupgrade and restarted all of my nodes.
Attached is a strace dump from running this command:
su -s /bin/bash -c 'strace /usr/sbin/ganeti-luxid -f -d > /tmp/strace.txt
2>&1' gnt-luxid
and then trying to run gnt-node list.
