cluster --version", "gnt-cluster version", and "hspace --version".

It would be really nice if the above command was exposed via the RAPI.
Additionally, the current implementation of the 'gnt-instance shutdown
--all' command seems to be incredibly slow. The difference between running
this and running, for example, 'gnt-cluster command xm shutdown -a' is huge
for large clusters.
