The command hbal recognizes the flag "ignore-soft-errors" since #694
(Ganeti 2.13).
The command "gnt-node evacuate" does not yet recognizes that flag.
If one uses htools:iextags:service tags for some instances it can happen
that "gnt-node evacuate" is not able to proceed with a "FailTags" warning.
Please add the flag "ignore-soft-errors" to "gnt-node evacuate" too.
