For big clusters, the underlying RPC call of 'gnt-cluster renew-crypto
--new-ssh-keys' will timeout, because Ganeti has to establish several ssh
connections to all nodes. The RPC timeout is therefore set to "SLOW", but
if this is not enough, we need to break up the RPC in smaller RPC doing
fewer SSH connections.
