executed in Ubuntu Precise environment

When you run ganeti/devel/build_chroot in Ubuntu Precise environment, you
would see following problem.
$ sudo ./build_chroot
The file
/tmp/tmp.oqgz8WBJfS/final.schroot.conf.in
has been created with default configurations.
The file
/tmp/tmp.oqgz8WBJfS/temp.schroot.conf.in
has been created with default configurations.
