Redundancy for shared storage is now implemented
as per design document

And will be part of the 2.16 release.
For plain disks, however, there currently is no design and
no one working on it. As the priority bump to high was because
of shared storage, we're back at the original, normal-priority
problem.
Hence setting priority and unassigning.
