Agree to #5: I believe the primary use case here is for guests which link
software licence keys to the (emulated) system UUID, and being able to
backup/restore and move them from cluster to cluster.
The internal ganeti UUID I don't think anyone cares about, and there are
obvious risks if there was any chance of conflicting internal UUIDs.
