What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create an LXC instance
2. remove an LXC instance
I noticed, that when removing an LXC-instance, the runtime files under
/var/run/ganeti/lxc/instance/<instance> are not removed. I don't know what
the intended behavior is, but I thought there is a chance that it should be
remove. Even for stopped instances?
