Make sure that Ganeti does the right thing if an IP block in CIDR notation is not given in normalised form. E.g., 10.0.0.1/29 is just a fancy way for writing 10.0.0.0/29, but Ganeti used to handle blocks in the first form incorrectly. Fix this.
