As htools share the backends (and, indeed, the binary), this was already
fixed
on a higher branch as hbal had the same problem shared-storage only
clusters.

Make htools tolerate missing "dtotal" and "dfree" on luxi
If a cluster allows sharedfile as only disk template, the amount of
total and free disk space might not be available. This is perfectly
normal, hence make the luxi backend handle it gracefully and just report
0 available disk on 0 total disk.

Will cherry-pick that change down to 2.10, as it is generally useful.
That said, it is a bit questionable whether harep should be run on a
cluster without DRBD, as the main purpose for which harep was built
is to repair broken DRBD disks.
