The Ganeti upgrade code attempts to run as many actions as possible,
reporting an error if they fail, but carrying on regardless. Failure
detection relies on error codes, but the post-upgrade hook meant to issue
renew-crypto commands after a version upgrade always returns 0, making it
impossible to detect renew-crypto failures except by looking at the job
list.
Make gnt-cluster upgrade fail on renew-crypto failures.
