Starting from 2.16, Ganeti can generate 2048-bit RSA keys for new clusters
by default, with EC keys being available as an option. Backporting these
changes will be difficult - a lot of places hardcoded the key type, and new
configuration parameters are needed to persist the choice of key type.
We still support DSA keys for upgrades of old clusters though. Should we
add warnings for clusters still using DSA keys?
