When downgrading a cluster from 2.14 to 2.13, the temporary reservations
stored in "tempres.data" may contain a disk-to-minor mapping rather than an
instance-to-minor mapping.
If the cluster is downgraded with this file still present, gnt-cluster
verify will complain about a ghost instance with the disk UUID.
As a workaround, it's possible to delete the reservations file and restart
wconfd.
