NB this issue was partly addressed in issue #631 (by removing the su
directive and replacing it with a create because su wasn't supported by
older logrotates).
Later issue #789 removed the create, because, as it observed, this was
incorrect for split-user installs.
I think the correct solution is to reinstate the create directive, but use
the appropriate macro in ganeti.logrotate.in to chose the right user/group.
