I did some hacking on ganglia and cygwin this morning I used sunrpc from the grass project, binraies and source at http://www.geog.uni-hannover.de/grass/grass5/binary/windows_cygnus/sunrpc/ couldn't get sunrpc source to compile, but the binaries worked.. got gmond to compile, by actually symlinking machine.c to linux.c (i figured it was worth a shot) given that /proc works now.
running with no_setuid in the gmond.conf the process seems to start and then die, with no errors and no more gmond processes starting, haven't had any luck trying to create a static route thinking maybe it has something to do with kb Q226124 other than that I added -I/usr/local/lib and -lrpclib to gmond/Makefile and gmetric/Makefile __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
