It compiles here and once I hacked the previous one to compile is
appeared to work.  All three are available as ports so it's a pretty
easy install.  I'm not sure how you go about it with autoconf, but it
would be nice if you could use the pth-config script to detect and set
the LIB and INCLUDE directories for pth.
