there are only three files that have been modified from 2.5.7.

gmond now allows you to specify a unicast address (IPv4 only) for
mcast_channel (which has an alias named "send_channel"). there is a new
configuration file directive "send_bind". this allows you to bind the
UDP server to a specific local address.
please test it and let me know if you like what you see. i'm not going
to say that the code looks pretty but it gets the job done. feedback is
very welcome.
i'll be giving you a more function 3.0.0. soon.
