Folks, Curious, I asked previously and withdrew the request and now its back and better than ever... Is it possible to setup a gmond instance such that to replicate the "deaf" mode available in 2.5.x? The reason I ask, is that my currently deployment scheme would have a mcast domain with up to 500 clients on all the same port, I want to avoid the memory foot print (I will have a couple that will collect all hosts and report up to gmetad).
