Martin, 3.0.3 compiles on cygwin (recent version), resulting in an apparently working gmond.exe and gmetric.exe You have to do a "make -i" or perhaps a "make -k" to get past this: make[5]: Leaving directory `/apps/ganglia-3.0.3.200604080900/srclib/confuse/examples' Making all in tests make[5]: Entering directory `/apps/ganglia-3.0.3.200604080900/srclib/confuse/tests' gcc -g -O2 check_confuse.c -o check_confuse check_confuse.c:2:21: confuse.h: No such file or directory check_confuse.c:10: error: parse error before '*' token make[5]: [check_confuse] Error 1 (ignored) make[5]: Leaving directory `/apps/ganglia-3.0.3.200604080900/srclib/confuse/tests' I didn't work out why, as I got my binaries anyway by forcing the make. regards, Richard
