Sorry, yeah, I figured that, meant the latter part as a warning to users that 
the current RHEL{4,5} packages should be unaffected by this problem.

For testing on an existing system where you may already have some data created 
by pre-1.3 rrdtool, take note that you may need to do a dump and restore to 
upgrade existing rrd's so they'll behave properly:
