Committed revision 1244

backported and tested when applied to ganglia 3.0.7 as well, but I am afraid
not the complete fix that Martin was probably expecting for, as the heartbeat
age is not calculated correctly either way.

to test :

* stop gmond in one node
* click in the host icon for the down node (should report as down in red)
* click in the "node view" link (similar to the one below)

  http://${ganglia}/ganglia/?p=2&c=${cluster}&h=${node}

without the patch, the "Last hearbeat received" will be a very large number
which corresponds to the localtime of the cluster as the last heartbeat for
this host couldn't be found because the wrong hostattr hash was being used
(the one for all the hosts that are up)
