I added the following sentence to
http://ganglia.wiki.sourceforge.net/ganglia_works:

"Minor non-code changes do not need to be backported, they can simply
be checked into the repository directly.  These include minor typo
fixes, minor rewording for error messages, documentations, etc."

I will go ahead and check in 2 non-code text changes to the stable branches.
