Hi,

I'm interested in getting Ganglia up and running on one of our clusters
but before installing it I'm trying it out on my local machine.
Now it seems like I'm having problems with ganglia-php-rrd. I can start
the script fine:
Starting GANGLIA RRD Daemon: [ OK ]
but a /etc/init.d/ganglia-php-rrd status gives me this:
perl-rrd dead but subsys locked

/var/log/ganglia/rrds is empty and I get the following message in
/var/log/ganglia/ganglia-rrd-errors:
gmond reported there are 0 nodes in your cluster!

This is on RedHat 7.2 (i386), I've tried both with RPM's and compiling
from source. Gmond is running fine.

Any hints or ideas? Or am I missing something fundamental?
/petter

PS. Please cc any answers
