That's what I was expecting, but the gmond at the client is sending 
information of several machines.

If look at the xml (telnet odin 8649), I can see that it is sending 
information of cluster composed of 4 machines (earth, mars, vernus and 
odin itself). The gmetad.conf says
data_source "porting" odin

There is another "cluster", called "testing", with the clients mars, 
venus, earth. I don't know it is mixing the clusters.

I'm using the rpm[1] from ganglia  web site. The client is OpenSuse 
10.3, the others are OpenSuse 10.2
