Actually, you're right.  Depending on whether there is a version
difference between RRDtool installed on Server A and Server B, you may
run into issues.  Also pay attention to the system architecture (eg.
i386 vs x86_64).  However, if after the files are copied and you can
see the history, then it's fine.  You might also want to monitor your
httpd logs for any errors.
