Hello all,

We have a Ganglia installation monitoring Power 7 servers with AIX 6.1. TL6 LPARs. Ganglia version is 3.1.7 and we have installed all IBM Power extensions from http://www.perzl.org/aix/index.php?n=Main.Ganglia-files-317

The problem is that the CPU graphs generated by Ganglia do not match the CPU usage of the LPARs as reported by AIX tools (nmon, topas, vmstat, etc...).
Instead, Ganglia shows considerably lower CPU usage.

In our environment, LPARs have shared processors (capped or uncapped) and SMT-4 is enabled in all of them.

I'd like to know if there is anything I need to configure in order to get correct CPU usage graphs in this kind of environment.

Thanks.
