Short answer: No and Maybe.

I don't know much about Remedy other than having used it in a past life (and it 
being terribly complicated), but it seems the most common alerting system 
Ganglia is integrated with is Nagios (or forks of it like Icinga).  Since it's 
based all on open standards, I expect it would be possible to integrate it with 
just about any system,.
