I noticed the beagle backend author on the list. His experience in coding
McCLIM backends would be useful. Also support of wxCL folks would be
very useful too.

But I think we have got the later already. As I understand Surendra
Singhi is a member of the wxCL core developers and I have seen posts of
him about CFFI bindings to wxCL. Hi Surendra, that's why you get a CC of
this mail.

Before we start with some features, we need to convert clisp-ffi to
cffi. I suggest we do the clisp ffi conversion to CFFI with a set of
macros. This might work well for the bulk of source, but sure it needs
some correction by hand.

Surendra: Are you interested in moving wxCL to CFFI? If yes, do you have
any estimate if that would be "hard"? I have seen you already tried
Verrazano and your own SWIG CFFI export. Of course, I'm willing to help
on these task.

Regards,
