No. Some people (like me and only a few others here I suppose) are enough hooked by this lisp thing to hang around here even though they don't understand much of what is going on, and would like to work on stuff they can grasp. That does not mean the more educated members of the list don't need/want documentation. The only vocal people (vocal because there is a place to listen to their voice) happen to be people who want lower level tutorial and are ready to give a hand there.
