I've uploaded the Lisp file to the commonlisp.net webserver. The
webpage, which is just a rough draft, and the code itself is here:

It's amazing how much effort it is just to do the project page and sort
out the code! I would appreciate it if someone could test it on Clisp or
another Lisp, just to make sure it doesn't blow up your machine. Also,
this isn't supposed to be public, which is why there's no download link
on the index page.
I hope the Lisp code's readability isn't too shocking. My coding style
is rather unconventional.
