Red signifies a cross-platform toolkit - e.g. a binding written for
that toolkit has the potential to run with minimal effort on multiple
platforms.  I suppose you might count that new .NET thing given the
efforts to implement it in Linux but I prefer to see it build more
mindshare/momentum before I'll believe it.
