+1 on that. Don't introduce more structure than what is required.  A single 
page for all content scales surprisingly well if there's a TOC allowing you to 
easily navigate within the page.  Adapt the structure to the problem, not the 
other way around.

It's a wiki, how about adding them directly to the page? Perhaps with a marker 
indicating an unanswered question?
