The only Literate.nw I can find is in /usr/local/garst/lyx-devel/lib
lib and lib/examples both are owned by garst:users with 755 permissions
and make was running as root. After make finishes the /tmp/lyx-tmp file
no longer exists, if it ever did. And Literate.nw is not in the examples
directory, but is in lib/ and is new.
