BUG recent, no TOC on ps export half the time

I think this is quite recent. When I ViewPs, export, or print, about
half the time the TOC is empty. Sometimes I can just redo the export or
change the TOC depth and then change it back to get OK to work, others I
have have to exit LyX and restart.
gs7.0, gcc-3.0.2
I'm fairly certain this happened within the past 2 or 3 days. Or else I
was just lucky. It is quite unpredictable. Section number depth is set
to -2, TOC depth to 3.
