lyx_tmpdir problems

There seems to be a general problem in moving files from-to lyx_tmpdir
when .../tmp/ is not on the same partition as the lyx document.
If my document is in ~/garst/lyxdocs and tmp in /usr/local/garst/tmp,
then the /usr part gets ignored, and lyx tries to move from
/local/garst/tmp, which does not exist.
