Sorry this is off topic but it is a very important issue to me.
I wanted to let you know about a new petition I created on We the People, a
new feature on WhiteHouse.gov, and ask for your support. Will you add your
name to mine? If this petition gets 5,000 signatures by October 23, 2011,
the White House will review it and respond!
We the People allows anyone to create and sign petitions asking the Obama
Administration to take action on a range of issues. If a petition gets
enough support, the Obama Administration will issue an official response.

I have requested the President to act as a check on judicial fraud saying;
COURT OFFICER OMISSIONS, LIES, MISREPRESENTATIONS IN COURT ARE “FRAUD UPON THE
COURT“ AND MUST BE CURTAILED.
The US DOJ policy allowing “alternative defenses” has ushered in
unprecedented fraud into the court room in civil cases (and many criminal),
which are 80% of US court cases.

Some of you may be aware that our property, a modular home, was stolen July 15,
2003 and the County authorities left the stolen property with the thief and law
enforcement assisted in covering up the theft.
Then they, with the help of the County Prosecutor and Attorney W. B. defrauded
the court, replacing the burden of proof for the July theft with an August
cover up scheme devised by the defense attorney and prosecutor.
On appeal, my argument that the burden of proof is when the larceny occurred,
not over a month later when Attorney B. manufactured evidence, was ruled "NOT
COGENT".
Therefore the defense never was made to account for the act when it occurred,
July 15, but instead allowed to substitute a cover up scheme in August, openly
defrauding the court, with the help and assistance of the judge(s).
The court gave our $70,000 property title to the thief by "officers" defrauding
the court, extorting title to our stolen property under color of official
right. 18 USC 1017 and 1018 define "certifying" the case with known fraud as a
crime.
Please highlight the http address above and sign my petition to stop fraud in
court by "officers". Until I get 150 signatures, it will not appear as an
active petition.
Your help is critical at this stage and requires you to do nothing but ask
President Obama to stop open fraud in courts of law...a clear cancer in the US.
