New view for the document editor: annotation stack like in Annic.
- Add a button: "Stack View" in the document editor toolbar to respect
current GUI and use it not only for creating a gold standard but also
as an alternative to the annotation list view.
- Stack view centred on the annotation selected in the document.
- Annotation rows corresponding to the annotation types selected in
the annotation sets view.
- Double click on the first column to choose which feature to display if needed.
- Double click on an annotation rectangle to copy it to a new
annotation set, if not existing ask the user then always use this one
- Previous and Next annotation buttons
- Button to make your computer prepare a cup of tea
