Corpus statistics view:
- one right side option panel for both tables
- reuse results from the document table for the corpus table to speed up
- next to last row is called 'macro' and is an arithmetic mean for the measures
- last row is the same for both table and is called 'micro', it takes all the
annotations without considering document or type
