Annotation Schema Editor.
Correct the following problem:
The focus goes to the hovered annotation in the document then back to the
previous whereas it should stay on the first.
It happens when:
- both annotation have the same type
- the previous annotation has a feature set
- the new annotation has no feature set
- the feature can be mandatory or not
- the annotation list is showing
