Coach turned down his "Dream Job" once, what has changed that would make him want to take it now? Nothing. He took Florida over ND because a) it is easier to recruit in Florida - you will spend more time at home with a young family rather than flying all over the country from South Bend; b) it is easier to win at UF, with better player base, facilities and a premier conference.
In addition, he now has a daughter going to school in Atlanta - a school she chose in part to be close to home, he and his family have invested themselves in the Hogtown community and have a close bond with the Donovans.
He still has a challenge here and I think he enjoys coaching this team. He has worked very hard over the past 4 years to get us to this level, I believe he will want to stay and reap the rewards of his hard work.
He may leave for ND one day, but not now. Maybe in 5 years after another couple of MNCs and UFs first perfect season he leaves, but not now. I don't believe he will be here until he retires, I think the UF fans are by and large spoiled and never content, and that will ultimately drive any coach into calmer pastures. Just ask SOS...
