From the little bits I have read - I don't think it is something that can be fixed - like a clogged artery or something. I think he just needs to reduce his stress.
But how does He return to coaching - be the coach that got him to where he is - but not take losing so personally / stressful?

I have a hunch that Urban hasn't really spent much time with doctors. He seems more the kind to ignore them. As he said in his statement last night, he has neglected his health for a long time.
I hope he takes the time to get as many tests done as necessary, and I hope this can be fixed.
