Leavitt's name was mentioned fairly often by Gator fans as a replacement for Zook. I always thought just from seeing him on the sidelines on TV that he was a hothead and looked to be a little out of control. Charlie

Coaches don't have to withhold water and make you play if you are concussed or your arm or leg is partially torn off. I'm also not suggesting that you wack a player in the head with a helmet or baseball bat. i.e. do something that will permanently maim / injure the player. But to not be able to get a player's attention or give him a kick in the butt when he needs or deserves it - is ridiculous. It sounds to me like the players are running the teams and the coaches are losing control of the teams. Look at what has happened to the classrooms.
