I just read on espn.com that Cutcliffe turned Tennessee down to stay at Duke.
All those years as an assistant at Tennessee, and they can't convince him to
leave Duke -- DUKE -- and take the big job? That surprises me.
I had been happy with the thought he would take the position, because I'm not
convinced he is a good HC.
Now what does Tennessee do? Maybe they'll be forced to take a chance on
someone who has never been a HC. Maybe they can pull a rabbit out of their
hat, but it's looking bad for them.
Gee, what a shame. ;-)
