Billy D. seems reluctant to recruit the guys that are sure to be "one and done"
players. Coach Cal at UK thrives on it - "Hey Brandon, do you want to be the
next John Walls?"
For a player looking to have high visibility and to play one year before
bolting to be an NBA star Kentucky looks like a much better choice than
Florida. Play in front of a sold out arena, don't take a back seat to football,
and (possibly) not have as much demanded from them in terms of academics, etc.
That said, I still think we get Rivers. But that will be next year's angst...

I fear that our inability to capitalize upon our NCAA Championships has placed
us back in this position, that Kentucky is ascendent,and that we are headed
back to the way things were.
I would go so far as to say that things are already back the way they were. We
were extremely fortunate to be able to sign Boynton last year. He was the
exception. Knight is expected to go to Kentucky, and I wouldn't be surprised
to see Austin Rivers go out of state as well.
