The "crop" is not a problem. A plant will grow quickly and nicely in a milk jug. All it takes is a little "Miracle Grow" and a conventional oven to dry the clippings. Uh, or so I've been told anyway. I think that if it was legal, most potheads would opt for the convenience of picking it up at the store over waiting for months and months for it to grow (not to mention all of the time and trouble to take care of the crop).
