What Jay isn’t saying is that he was one of the guest Randy’s and when it came his time to turn over the pink moped, he hid it so he could continue riding it.

Truth be told---When Randy was institutionalized and on the lithium for
a couple of years, the list didn't skip a beat. There was a top secret
group of "guest Randy's" who picked up the ball in his absence. I've
waited to release this news until after he stepped down. I will be
writing a book soon.
