Mitchell native Mike Miller intends to sign a five-year, $30 million
deal with the Miami Heat, sources told KSFY late Thursday night.
As of 3:00 p.m. Friday, the same source says no contract has been
signed. While the Heat are still considered Miller's top choice,
there is the possibility of another team offering a much more
lucrative deal, keeping Miller out of Miami.
LeBron James announced his intention to sign with Miami on Thursday,
joining Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade with the Heat.
Miller spent last season with the Washington Wizards.
