I've heard the reason they close practices is NOT to make more money as I
assumed.  

 

I've heard the reason is that then they won't have to answer questions from
fans, reporters, and mommies and daddies of players about the coaches
decisions to play one player and not another, and other coaches decisions.

 

Then again - they won't talk to us - so we have no real clue what the true
reason is

I hate doublespeak.

 

It doesn't matter what FSU does or doesn't do. Heck, I'm inclined to do the
opposite.

 

Either say "we closed practice because ..." and give a decent reason, or
don't close them.
