He does not always throw perfect passes. He was 14 of 23 for 167 yards today with no interceptions. That is not horrible. I am not sure why we are not throwing the ball downfield more. It may be that the coaches do not yet have enough confidence in Brantley. I want to see him get angry and take the team on his shoulders and lead! His quiet "leadership" is not the same as Chris Leak. I don't yet think he has much confidence.
I did notice that Dubose did not have any catches. Frankly, I did not remember him in the game. Did anyone notice? We need to get him to get his head on straight and force his way into the offense. Either he must not be working very hard in practice or he is just not as good as everyone thought.
