Steamers is still in business and has the same owner/similar menu as Buddha Belly which is changing it's name to Taste of Buddha.
I eat at Louis' Lunch once a month and have for over 2 decades. Best onion rings in town! The small order is better than the large order and they often don't have onion rings on Fridays because they have run out for the week. They sell the onion rings by weight. A large order has 2 or 3 really big, thick cut, juicy rings. A small order has 5 to 8 little, awesomely fried, crisp rings. Since the article came out on the first of a new month, and Louis' is between 2 of our 3 buildings, I TRIED to stop there Friday and today for lunch, after 2 PM. Both days there was no parking and a line out the door.
